Bachelor of Science in Quality Management (QM)

The Bachelor of Science in Quality Management (QM) program exists to train and develop individuals who are currently employed in or wish to enter the medical device industry or related industries. The five courses in this program can be applied to a bachelor's degree.. The Bachelor of Science in Quality Management (QM) program focuses on the quality systems, post-market surveillance, design control and assurance, manufacturing quality and supply chain management, and statistical processes that ensure excellence at key stages of the medical device life cycle.

Admissions Requirements

In order to be considered for enrollment in the Bachelor of Science in Quality Management (QM) program at Grace, you must fulfill certain admissions requirements:

  • Credits: As few as 60 prior college credit hours needed for enrollment. (Please note that your life and career experiences can be counted for college credit. Email goal@grace.edu to find out more.)
  • GPA: 2.0 minimum
  • Application: Complete the application process
  • Transcripts: Have ALL official transcripts submitted directly to goal@grace.edu or the following address:

  • Mar. 1 - for international students (must be accepted and deposited by this date)*
  • May 1 - for US citizens
  • *Currently, International students must obtain an H-1B status in order to be eligible for this program.

    Both the ORCA & Bachelor of Science in Quality Management (QM) programs will be switching to a completely online format, beginning May 2017.

A deposit of $250 is required of all Bachelor of Science in Quality Management (QM) students accepting admission to Grace College. This deposit will be applied to your tuition.

Computer Requirements for Enrolled Students:

  • Access to a PC or Mac capable of running Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Mac equivalent
  • Internet access high speed 1.5 MBits or above
  • Bachelor of Science in Quality Management (QM) is iPad friendly. iPads are not required to complete the program, but many of our students have found them to be a helpful tool. We currently provide what can be a paperless experience to iPad users, where all course documents and course presentations are pushed out to iPad users in a format that allows them to take notes right on the documents using an iPad app.

Financial Aid and Scholarships

Financial Aid Checklist

  • Apply and be accepted for admission to Grace College.
  • The FAFSA must be completed and mailed to the government as soon as possible after January 1. Grace's federal school code is 001800. June 30 is the deadline.
  • File the FAFSA form online (preferred for Indiana residents).
  • Documents or clarifying information requested by Grace College’s Office of Student Financial Aid Services must be submitted within 30 days by the student. Notify the Student Financial Aid Office if you will be receiving any outside sources of financial aid.
  • Upon receiving the Student Aid Notification letter from Grace College, the student must carefully follow all the instructions that are listed.
  • Male citizens of the U.S. and male immigrant aliens 18 through 25 years old must be registered with the U.S. Selective Service System to be eligible for federal student loans and grants. Men can register at any post office or register online.
