This forum is for sharing of information relating to housing for Grace Theological Seminary students coming to the campus in Winona Lake, Indiana. Anyone may post comments but authorship is limited to current seminary students and anyone that has been accepted to the seminary. The latest rent guide will be posted on this site in the form of a passworded Microsoft Word document. Room Available in Warsaw

Address: 340 W. Baker St. here in Warsaw

I have a home that I would be willing to share with a female student preferably but would consider a male student. They would have access to a bedroom, living room and den and private bathroom. All in the front part of my house which now is not being used.I mainly live in the back part of my house. It is all furnished and they would share my kitchen. I would rent it for $350.00 a month. If this is something you would be interested in listing on your list of available housing for students please call me at 267-2321. I would even consider a married couple as long as they do not have children.
