I have a home that I would be willing to share with a female student preferably but would consider a male student. They would have access to a bedroom, living room and den and private bathroom. All in the front part of my house which now is not being used.I mainly live in the back part of my house. It is all furnished and they would share my kitchen. I would rent it for $350.00 a month. I would even consider a married couple as long as they do not have children.

Late Breaking News on another Available Home

If anyone is interested on renting a two bedroom one bath apartment located across of Shoe Lake on Armstrong Rd in Leesburg, please let me know. It currently rents for $475 per month. This apartment is meticulously kept by the landlords, which by the way they have been a blessing and are always on top of things, there is access to free laundry facilities, a plus some times saving me over $50.00 a month on Laundromat fees. There is a water softener for the units and that is also included as part of the rent. It has a spacious living room and windows through out. The electricity bill will depend on usage but I averaged between $50 to $60 per month. There are only 4 units total so there is lots of privacy and always good neighbors as the landlords are careful who they rent to. There is also access to the lake and plenty of parking. Water and garbage is also included. I need to find someone to move in by July the 1st, if you are interested or know of someone who may be interested please give me a call or call my parents so we can get you in contact with the landlords and they can brake my lease.
