The Crossroad Church in Decatur Indiana is prayerfully searching for a full time Teaching & Preaching Pastor. Our church is a Non-Denominational Bible based church established in 1995. Our congregation runs approximately two to three hundred attendees each Sunday. The praise style leans more towards contemporary worship.
Requirements for the position:
• The candidate will be routinely working with our worship team in order to correlate both the music and the message being presented.
• The candidate must be able to work equally and cohesively with a four part team, which includes the following; Youth Pastor, Maturity Pastor, and a growing team of Elders and Deacons.
• Must be passionate about teaching, evangelism, and leading our congregation and community.
• Must have strong communication skills, be clear and concise, feeding the congregation both spiritually and mentally with the Word of God
Other requirements:
• Must have a four year degree in Pastoral Ministries or Christian Education
• 2-5 years of experience in the church
We offer:
• Compensation of $35,000 – $40,000 annually
• Life Insurance and small retirement plan
