The Certificate in Biblical Studies is awarded upon completion of a 30-hour curriculum that emphasizes theology and biblical studies. It is designed especially for those without an undergraduate degree.

The Certificate in Biblical Studies program is designed to allow the student the greatest possible freedom in selection of his or her courses. A suggested curriculum pattern for local church ministry emphasis would be:
Systematic Theology I

New Testament Introduction
Hermeneutics or TH 603 Bible Exposition I

Interpersonal Communication and Conflict Management

Expository Preaching and Teaching
Counseling in the Local Church
