The Credit Agreement Form is required for every student to complete and return to the Business Office. By signing this form, each student is recognizing and accepting their full responsibility for their student account balance.
FERPA is a federal law that protects the privacy of student’s educational records. By completing and returning the FERPA release form to the Business Office, students have the opportunity to authorize individuals who may have access to their student account, financial data, and registrar’s data. This document is not required for students to complete but is necessary for the Business Office to have on file if a parent or individual wishes to discuss a student’s account and information.
If your employer will pay for a portion or all of your tuition/textbooks through employer reimbursement, please complete the Employer Tuition Payment/Reimbursement Plan Form. It is the student’s responsibility to file all necessary paperwork with Grace and their employer for reimbursement on a yearly basis. To ensure timely payment to your student account, please be sure to submit your payments at the end of each course.
